TUSCALOOSA, Al — Stillman College is marking a major milestone with its 2026 Homecoming Week, running February 1–8, under the theme “150 Years of Excellence.” The weeklong celebration brings together alumni, students, and the community for worship, athletics, and social events honoring the institution’s legacy.
Homecoming Week officially kicked off on Sunday, Feb. 1, with a “Sound of Praise & Worship” service held at Cornerstone Full Gospel Baptist Church, setting the tone for a week rooted in reflection, pride, and celebration.
Athletics will take center stage as the Tigers host a pair of basketball doubleheaders. A “Black Out” matchup against Arkansas Baptist is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5, with tip-offs at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The marquee Homecoming games will follow on Saturday, Feb. 7, when Stillman faces Maxwell Air Force Base at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Beyond the court, Homecoming Week will feature a full slate of social and cultural events, including a Greek Step Show, an Alumni Day Party, and a Block Party and Bonfire at Stillman Stadium. Organizers say the events are designed to celebrate both the college’s rich history and the vibrant community that continues to support it.
