Walmart in Tuscaloosa is inviting local job seekers to explore employment opportunities during two hiring events this week.
The Walmart store at 1501 Skyland Blvd. E. in Tuscaloosa will hold hiring events on Tuesday, Aug. 25, and Thursday, Aug. 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“At Walmart, there’s a path for everyone,” the store said in a social media post announcing the events. The company encouraged prospective employees to explore available positions and begin their career journey with Walmart.
The hiring events offer an opportunity for people interested in joining the retailer to learn more about open positions and potential career paths.
Walmart did not specify in the announcement how many positions are available or which departments are currently hiring.
