High school students across Hale County and surrounding communities will have a new opportunity this fall to prepare for the ACT at no cost through Blackbelt S.P.A.R.K.’s Fall ACT Prep Cohort.
The free program is designed for students in grades 9–12 who want to improve their ACT Math performance while building confidence and strengthening their overall test-taking skills. Monthly sessions will be held on Saturdays from August through December, with meeting dates announced after participants are selected.
The cohort will focus on reviewing key math concepts, practicing ACT-style questions, developing effective test-taking strategies, improving speed and accuracy, and increasing students’ confidence ahead of the exam.
To ensure personalized instruction, enrollment is limited to just 10 students.
The program is open to students from Hale County and neighboring areas who are committed to improving their ACT Math scores and preparing for future college opportunities.
Organizers encourage interested students and families to apply as soon as possible due to the limited number of available spots.
