Residents across West Alabama are invited to attend the “From Confused to Confident: Voter Awareness Rally Forum” on Monday, May 18, at the Aliceville Activity Center.
The community event, sponsored by Citizens in Action (CIA), is designed to encourage civic engagement and help residents become more informed and confident voters ahead of future elections.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with the forum scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Organizers say the event will provide a welcoming environment for community members to learn more about voting, community involvement, and the importance of civic participation.
The rally will also include door prizes for attendees who bring 10 or more guests.
Promotional materials for the event emphasize themes of empowerment and community action, encouraging residents to “Be Informed. Be Empowered. Be Heard.”
Organizers say all community members are welcome to attend.
