After nearly a decade away, Alabama Shakes are headed back to Tuscaloosa for a highly anticipated summer concert. The Grammy-winning group will perform Friday, June 12, 2026, marking their first appearance at the city’s premier outdoor venue since 2015.
The show will take place at the Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater, formerly known as the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. Gates are scheduled to open at 6:30 p.m., with music beginning at 7:30 p.m. Joining the bill are The Secret Sisters, the Muscle Shoals–born sibling duo known for their harmony-driven blend of folk and Americana.
Tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster on a staggered schedule. Presales began Monday, Feb. 16, for VIP packages and Citi cardmembers, while artist and venue presales are set to open Tuesday, Feb. 17. General public sales launch Friday, Feb. 20, at 10 a.m. CST. Standard ticket prices are expected to range from $47.50 to $147.50, depending on seating and availability.
The Tuscaloosa stop is part of the band’s larger 2026 reunion tour, their first extended run of dates following an eight-year hiatus. The performance also lands one night before the group is slated to appear at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival.
With a long absence and renewed excitement surrounding their return, organizers expect strong demand from fans across West Alabama and beyond.
