Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue announced Monday that it will hold its fourth annual “Cookies, Cocoa and Pictures with Santa” event on Dec. 6.
The free, family-friendly gathering will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at Fire Station No. 1, located at 1501 Greensboro Avenue. Families can enjoy cookies and hot cocoa, take photos with Santa, and meet local firefighters.
The department will also collect toys for the Toys for Tots campaign during the event. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to help brighten the holiday season for a child in need.
